Coalfield C.A.P., Inc. is seeking an Education Coaching Coordinator based in the Big Sandy office. Coaching is an interactive process of observation, discussion, and reflection in which the coach promotes the other person’s ability to grow toward identified goals. The coach will exhibit an understanding of, and ability to put into practice, functional and meaningful activities that support the growth and development of employees’ skills.
Applicants must have formal experience coaching/training early childhood education staff. Applicants must also have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Family & Consumer Science, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field. Prefer Master’s Degree. Must be trained in Practice-Based Coaching Model. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
